Outside of work, Jenna has always had a strong passion for sport and exercise. Growing up, she competed in cross country running and county-level netball, but her biggest passion has always been horse riding. She competes across all disciplines including dressage, show jumping, and cross country, giving her first-hand understanding of the physical demands sport places on the body.

Friendly, caring, and incredibly hard working, Jenna brings genuine warmth and encouragement to every session. She has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable, supported, and motivated throughout their recovery journey. Clients quickly warm to her positive energy and down-to-earth personality, and she is someone people genuinely enjoy spending time with while working towards their goals. Jenna's kindness, dedication, and team spirit make her an absolute joy to have as part of the JB Physio team.

What our customers say:

D. Wring
I'm a skier, runner and cyclist
I recently sustained a injury during a off piste excursion. I was informed in France
Following X-rays that my injuries would take a minimum of three months to heal and recover, obviously ruling out any further skiing for this season.
I elected to return home and seek support and treatment from JB physio- who have previously repaired me and assisted in a rapid recovery from a fractured pelvis .

I had Jenna JB Physio allocated to my recovery. Jenna was knowledgeable, professional and an absolutely incredible therapist and she completely supported me throughout my recovery process and has managed to bring me back far quicker to the point that I'm able to run and restart my training program , and more importantly book my return to the ski season- this was far faster than I could have possibly imagined. I dedicated myself to the recovery and the physios specific advice and I have fully recovered at a rate quicker than I could have ever anticipated or wished for.
I genuinely appreciate my fitness and I'm very grateful for the support and excellent physio treatment from Jenna @JB physio

Quite simply the best Physio around, so helpful with my daughters scoliosis pain, the sports massage she receives leaves her pain free with much more relaxed muscles. They are always on hand with advice. Honestly we can't thank them enough for their care.
