Yoga
This class is led by Emma Weekes who is both a qualified yoga instructor and Chartered Physiotherapist. She is a keen surfer, horserider and busy mother! She has a love of yoga, a discipline that has kept people supple, youthful and healthy in mind, body and spirit since 1500 BC and is looking forward to sharing it with you.
What to expect: Ashtanga - inspired class with a clear focus on alignment and positioning to the poses (asana). It is aimed at those new to yoga or those wanting to develop a deeper foundations or understanding of the poses. Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that emphasises the union of breath and movement, which are two of the eight limbs of yoga. As a practice it can improve flexibility, strength and mental clarity.
