I've been going to see Jenna now many times for a sports massage to ease my headaches, and she's always been extremely helpful with great advice! Has sorted out my tight shoulders and back and my hip when i had an issue. I've also seen David for advice and exercises for my hip and knee when I started walking regularly. Very patient and extremely knowledgable! I would recommend either of these fabulous people.
