Josh Pearce

Josh is a chartered physiotherapist, and Strength & Conditioning coach. Since starting his personal training business in 2017 and throughout his career as a physio he has developed a broad range of knowledge and experience, from working with the general public, to high level athletes.

Josh's previous experience involves: Professional/championship rugby, amateur boxing, MSK outpatients, post-op Orthopaedics, MSK clinics physio/CPD co-ordinator.

Josh has a wealth of experience with strength and conditioning, and his real area of interest is exercise prescription and sports/exercise science. Josh has an individualised, personable approach to assessment and treatment. His skillset really plays into his passion for designing a tailored programme for his patients, and getting them back to 100%.

Josh enjoys pushing his limits with strength training, and taking relaxing costal walks on the weekends with his wife and son.
